David Boatner is a seasoned real estate professional who has been a licensed broker since 1983 and currently serves as the owner and president of Boatner & Associates, a real estate development and investment firm. With decades of experience, he is highly skilled in negotiating complex, large-scale transactions and has overseen multi-million-dollar projects across all stages of development, including feasibility analysis, business planning, financing, construction, and property management. David is also an accomplished self-storage owner, operator, and developer with deep industry expertise, and through his company, he led the largest single land sale on Galveston Island, totaling 1,049 acres. He is a registered Senior Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Prior to his real estate career, David held several executive leadership roles in the telecommunications industry, including President of McLeodUSA and Executive Vice President at Splitrock Inc.
