Andrew Sinasohn is a Founding Member and Executive Vice President on one of the leading CRE teams in Los Angeles focusing on Tenant Representation and Investment/Sales. He and Jake Zacuto established the group in 2013. Zacuto Group has completed 91 successful lease transactions year-to-date for LA based tech + media + apparel companies (as of June 17, 2024).  Andrew is involved in the startup community and has partnerships secured with many Venture Capital Funds and Accelerators across the United States. The focus is to provide a tailored solution for each portfolio company and secure spaces which match their personality and culture. Each relationship is vital to his success and he partners with emerging companies of all sizes.  A native of Southern California, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the Marshall School of Business + Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2012. He began his professional career in the M&A department at Deloitte, and later the Assurance group at PWC where he performed financial statement analysis to Fortune 500 companies such as Disney, DirecTV, and Edison International. Andrew then chose to pursue his passion for Commercial Real Estate and transitioned his career path.  As an active member of his community, he provides to several charities in the Los Angeles area. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with family + friends.
