Joseph Hill heads the Investment Advisory Team at Colliers St. Louis, offering a wide range of commercial real estate services tailored to client needs. With extensive expertise in valuation, appraisal, leasing, and investment sales, Joe and his team use a strategic, full-cycle advisory model to help clients optimize their real estate investments.  Joe works with a broad spectrum of clients—from individual property owners and financial institutions to major REITs and Fortune 100 companies. He has successfully managed projects across all property types and built a strong national network. As Colliers St. Louis’ consistent top performer, Joe has earned repeated recognition in the Everest Club, an honor awarded to the top 10% of professionals in brokerage, valuation, and corporate solutions across the U.S. based on revenue.  Before joining Colliers, Joe was a Director at Gateway Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate in St. Louis. Earlier in his career, he specialized in occupier services at Block Hawley Commercial Real Estate, brokerage at Coldwell Banker Commercial, and appraisal and valuation with R.A. Buckles and Associates. His broad background across different sectors of the industry equips him to deliver in-depth expertise and high-level service.  Outside of work, Joe is a former nationally ranked road cyclist and currently volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.
