Dustin B. Wilmer serves as First Vice President and Partner with Marcus & Millichap’s National Manufactured Home Communities Group. He focuses on the nationwide marketing and sale of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts, and Campgrounds. A key contributor to his deep knowledge of the mobile home and RV park sector is his long-term mentorship under Douglas Danny, Senior Director of the National Manufactured Housing Group and Senior Managing Director of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office.  Early in his career, Dustin earned recognition with the firm’s Pace Setter and Rising Star Awards. More recently, he was honored with the Sales Recognition Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023. To date, he has facilitated the sale of over 5,000 mobile home and RV sites, generating more than $500 million in value for his clients. Dustin ranks among the top-performing agents in the Manufactured Housing and RV Resort division at Marcus & Millichap nationwide.  A Maryland native, Dustin graduated from Towson University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He holds real estate licenses in both California and Nevada and is currently pursuing his California Broker’s License as well as the CCIM designation. Before entering real estate, he developed strong interpersonal, leadership, and sales skills through his background in hospitality and entertainment management.  Outside of work, Dustin enjoys quality time with his 11-year-old daughter, Madilyn, and their German Shepherd, Odin. His hobbies include reading, camping, and playing guitar. Known for his strong work ethic, optimistic mindset, and dedication to relationship-building, Dustin is passionate about helping his clients reach their real estate goals.
