Charles Nusbaum became part of the Dunton Commercial Real Estate team in May 2008, bringing with him 18 years of experience in retail, office, and industrial leasing, sales, and management. He continues to focus on retail leasing and tenant representation. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Charles earned his degree from Washington & Lee University and began his career with Transwestern in Vienna, VA. After seven years, he returned to Norfolk to expand his family’s real estate brokerage, which was later acquired by Thalhimer Commercial in 2001. He then relocated to Colorado and transitioned into business brokerage with VR Business Brokers, where he helped facilitate the sale and purchase of independently owned businesses and franchises. As the real estate market rebounded, Charles returned to leasing and management, taking on roles with TEBO Development, Western Centers, D.J. Fleisher Co., and RBI Retail Brokers. Known for his exceptional networking skills, Charles excels at fostering relationships and creating mutually beneficial opportunities, always prioritizing the success and well-being of those he works with.
