Yoni brings extensive global expertise in commercial real estate, beginning his career in 1995 in Israel with a focus on development and land acquisitions. Over the years, he has honed his specialization in strategic site selection and large-scale multi-store rollouts. Before founding EDG18 Commercial Real Estate, Yoni spent more than a decade at CBRE (2000–2011), concentrating on retail projects where he showcased strong problem-solving skills and negotiation expertise with sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Passionate about property development and redevelopment, Yoni has managed sales of commercial real estate and development land, in addition to leasing commercial properties. His core strength lies in tenant representation, serving clients such as big-box retailers, restaurants, gas stations, and other retail operators.  Throughout his career, Yoni has successfully guided clients in securing single and multiple locations across communities of varying sizes. He has led professional teams, overseen approvals for numerous developments, and collaborated closely with stakeholders and municipalities to drive projects to success. Beyond his professional work, Yoni values time with his wife, two sons, and daughter, and remains actively involved as a volunteer within his community.
