Nick Carmichael is the founder of Capital Commercial Partners, a U.S.-based consultancy specializing in commercial real estate advisory and fundraising. With a career dedicated to delivering strategic solutions for developers, investors, and end users, he has overseen major industrial projects exceeding US$300 million for corporations such as Donaldson, Eagle Ottawa, and Rexnord. As a leading member of CBRE Shanghai’s Industrial and Logistics division, Nick advised both multinational blue-chip companies—including HP, GE, Medtronic, and Rockwell Automation—and smaller firms entering China, providing guidance on facility acquisitions, company registration, and tax incentive negotiations. He began his real estate career in industrial brokerage at NAI Welsh in Minneapolis, where he focused on acquisitions and dispositions for industrial and manufacturing clients. A licensed broker and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Nick brings a global perspective, reinforced by his proficiency in Mandarin and deep understanding of U.S. and Chinese business practices. He holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Golden Gophers and Minnesota Wild hockey teams.
