Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics from the University of North Texas and subsequently joined Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Intern Program, a selective initiative offered to fewer than 5% of new agents that pairs them with top senior agents to fast-track training and brokerage development. Since 2012, he has been an integral member of the Knipp Group.  Specializing exclusively in retail investment sales, Ryan handles both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. While his main focus is the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, he has facilitated retail property transactions across the United States. He collaborates closely with clients to uncover promising opportunities, and his expertise in working with private capital investors and various exchange buyers has contributed to numerous successful closings for the Knipp Group.
