Mr. Sharapata offers comprehensive transaction management and financial modeling services, having collaborated with over 30 Fortune 500 companies to develop sophisticated financial models for relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, and lease negotiations. His analyses account for cash, tax, and GAAP impacts while reflecting each client’s sensitivity to financial, economic, and local market conditions. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 1,000 transactions totaling over 20 million square feet and currently manages national portfolios for ENGIE Impact, Envision Healthcare, and Swinerton Builders, covering over 3 million square feet. Before joining The Staubach Company in 2006, he spent seven successful years at DFS (LVMH) in various roles including planning, distribution, and corporate support, ultimately overseeing retail sales exceeding $45 million for luxury brands such as Gucci, Hermes, Burberry, and Armani across more than 50 global locations. Mr. Sharapata earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and an MBA in Finance from California State University. He is a licensed broker in Washington and California and has devoted over seven years to community service with organizations including the Bay Area Crisis Center, Boy Scouts of America, and Youth Homes, Inc. He lives on the South Hill with his wife and five daughters.
