Rick is responsible for delivering real estate services to clients across local, regional, and national markets. A past President of the Western PA Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, he began his brokerage career in 1992 and has been with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2009, where he earned Top Gun recognition for exceptional client service. Before joining JLL, Rick worked with Grubb & Ellis, where he was a charter member of the logistics practice group, ranked among the firm’s Top 10 industrial brokers nationally, and served on its Industrial Practice Group committee. Over his career, he has played a key role in the sale and leasing of more than twelve million square feet of industrial and office space and over twenty-four million square feet of land, totaling more than $565 million in transactions in the past five years. His clients include prominent developers such as Al Neyer, Chapman Properties, Castlebrook Development, and Sampson Morris Group; corporations like FedEx Ground, Shell Chemical, Eaton, and Verizon; and major asset managers and investors including Pittsburgh Business Properties, STAG Industrial, and First Industrial. He is also a recognized speaker on industrial real estate topics.
