Professional Summary: Ryan began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 with one of the nation’s largest privately held shopping center developers, where he gained early hands-on experience in leasing, property management, construction, and development. After nearly five years, he joined a rapidly expanding company specializing in large regional power centers, advancing to Director and later Vice President of Leasing, overseeing leasing operations for approximately six million square feet of new shopping centers nationwide. Drawing on his extensive expertise and industry connections, Ryan founded 7D on July 7, 2007, establishing a boutique real estate firm offering comprehensive services across the industry. He and his wife, Brittany, live in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, near Louisville, Kentucky, and enjoy spending their free time with their two sons, Parker and Pierce.
