Quentin Caruso is a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail and Net Lease Properties Group, where he specializes in the sale and acquisition of multi-tenant retail centers and single-tenant net-leased assets. Since beginning his brokerage career in 2017, Quentin has developed expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset repositioning strategies designed to enhance cash flow and property value. He has successfully represented clients in transactions nationwide, with a particular focus on the Bay Area and Northern California. Known for his skills in valuation, advisory, deal structuring, negotiation, and escrow management, Quentin takes a strategic approach to marketing properties and maximizing exposure, consistently achieving strong results and seamless 1031 Exchange transactions. A fifth-generation Californian and Bay Area native, he holds a B.A. in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
