At Cascade Commercial, he leverages his extensive experience in real estate investing and development to benefit clients and partners, holding GP and LP positions in multiple projects across the Midwest and licensed in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa. The firm serves a wide range of clients, including passive investors, real estate entrepreneurs, 401(k) and 1031 investors, and top-producing brokers. As head of Cascade Equity Group, Stephen leads multifamily syndication and ground-up development projects, focusing on creating both short- and long-term wealth for partners and clients. Through QuickDraw Lending, he and his partners provide short-term capital for real estate flips, wholesales, and repositioning projects, earning a reputation as a key hard money lending resource in the Midwest.
