First Vice President

Christopher Hurd is a Vice President at Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office, specializing in the sale of single- and multi-tenant retail properties nationwide. An experienced real estate professional, he began his career in 2008 with a national brokerage firm representing major tenants, landlords, and developers. Over the years, Chris has completed more than 2 million square feet of retail sales and leases, providing clients with comprehensive expertise in both asset evaluation and stabilization. His exceptional performance has earned him multiple top producer awards and a nomination for ACRE’s Retail Broker of the Year. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento and former Washington State University quarterback, Chris played in three NCAA Bowl games and was part of the 2002 Pac-12 Championship team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, and engaging in family activities. His professional affiliations include serving as Director for both the Net Leased Properties Group and the National Retail Group, and membership in ICSC, ACRE, and the Antioch Sports Legends Hall of Fame.
