Russ Moroz serves as First Vice President, Investments, specializing in the sale of medical, office, industrial, and retail investment properties. He holds leadership positions as Director of the National Office & Industrial Properties Group, Director of the Healthcare Real Estate Group, and Associate Director of the National Retail Group. Licensed in both California and Nevada, Russ has managed complex transactions across multiple states, representing a wide range of clients including investors, developers, physicians, financial institutions, and international buyers. Recognized for his expertise, he has been featured in several publications, including the Sacramento Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate,” and nominated for Broker of the Year by the Association of Commercial Real Estate. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, where he served as president of the Real Estate Organization, Russ remains actively involved in professional organizations such as ULI, NAIOP, ACRE, and ICSC. Outside of real estate, he is a fluent Russian speaker, an experienced public speaker often serving as master of ceremonies, and a certified open-water scuba diver.
