He launched his career focusing on retail in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and has since gained broad experience across the commercial real estate industry, with an emphasis on retail tenant representation. His skill set includes market analysis, site selection, property sales, financial evaluation, and negotiation, making him a reliable advisor to both tenants and landlords. Known for crafting and implementing highly effective market penetration strategies, Tommy stands out for his deep regional insight, determined deal-making approach, and dedication to client success. He values collaboration and leverages a high-performing team and advanced information systems to deliver exceptional service. Over the years, he has represented numerous national and regional brands such as Raising Cane’s, COhatch, Choice Hotels, Darden, Top Golf, Carter’s and OshKosh, Pet Supplies Plus, Urban Air, Express Wash Concepts, CAVA, and Piada Italian Street Food. On the leasing side, he has contributed significantly to major developments including SouthSide Works, The Waterfront, Miracle Mile Shopping Center, Streets of Cranberry, and The Piazza at South Fayette, and his team currently oversees more than 5.6 million square feet across Western Pennsylvania. Tommy, a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies, resides in Pittsburgh’s South Hills with his wife, Erin, and their four children.
