Karen L. Simon, Managing Partner of Simon Realty Advisors LLC in Fort Worth and former Managing Partner of Emersons Commercial Real Estate, is a highly accomplished commercial broker with more than 35 years of experience in office, retail, industrial, and land sales and leasing. Affiliated with Woodcrest Capital LLC, she has completed over 1,000 transactions involving thousands of acres and more than 8 million square feet of buildings, and was the first woman in Tarrant County to specialize in industrial real estate. Her expertise has earned her recognition in national and local real estate publications, numerous industry awards—including listings as a top producer, one of the Great Women of Texas, and one of the most influential women in the state—and high-profile assignments such as managing the disposition of closed Albertsons stores and representing CVS in Texas. Her recent work includes major land and office building sales, and she has represented notable clients such as Sun Life Insurance, Arcadia Realty, Vertex Investments, Woodcrest Capital, and A&G Realty. Beyond her professional contributions, Ms. Simon has served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Fort Worth, the Advisory Board of Adrian College of TCU, and Jewel Charity. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree from TCU, where she also pursued doctoral studies.
