Managing Director

Jerry Ward, CCIM, serves as Managing Director at SVN | The Martin Group, where he focuses on commercial and industrial sales and leasing, site selection, and tenant representation throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Active in the industry since 1978, he has held leadership roles including president and director of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and maintains memberships with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and KCREA. Ward also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation and has contributed to the field as a speaker and panel moderator at international commercial real estate conferences during the 1990s. Deeply engaged in civic and professional organizations, he is involved with several local chambers of commerce, Greater Louisville Inc., the Louisville Better Business Bureau, the Kosair Shrine Club, and previously the Louisville Downtown Rotary Club, where he is honored as a Paul Harris Fellow. A dedicated member of Hurstbourne Christian Church and former Administrative Council Chairman, Ward has also served on influential boards such as the University of Louisville Board of Overseers and the Scottish Rite Foundation, and spent 17 years on the Board of Kosair Charities, supporting medical care for children.
