Matt Setters is a former Field Artillery Non-Commissioned Officer with strong ties to the Lawton–Fort Sill and Duncan, Oklahoma communities and more than 25 years of experience in real estate. His background includes serving as Broker in Charge, property owner and manager, construction manager, leasing specialist, mortgage broker, and sales manager, with additional expertise in right-of-way and land lease acquisitions. He has owned and managed residential franchise brokerages, including leadership roles with one of the nation’s top 10 real estate teams, and has completed purchase and lease transactions for both nationally recognized corporations and first-time investors. In addition to operating several successful small businesses, Matt brings broad experience in marketing, training, and technology. He has served on advisory boards for multiple educational and community organizations, including OSU Okmulgee, Great Plains Technology–Lawton, Red River Technology Center–Duncan, the Great Lawton Rotary Club, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Empire Board of Education, and has also served as a director for the Lawton Board of Realtors. Matt remains dedicated to collaborating with community leaders, chambers of commerce, and economic development organizations to strengthen local prosperity and growth.
