Michael Mahan is a Vice President with Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers, specializing in office and retail leasing, investment sales, medical, and project management.  Michael began his career in 2004 successfully opening and running his own commercial real estate brokerage in Charlotte and Charleston. In 2011, he moved to Atlanta to work for DLC Management, leasing office and retail space, and selling out-parcels throughout the Southeast United States in markets like Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Richmond. Michael also managed the State of Georgia’s commercial lease portfolio of 1,500+ leases while at the State Properties Commission. In 2017, he moved to Naples and joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director.  Mr. Mahan has closed over his career, 500 transactions totaling over 3.5 million square feet valued at over 450 million dollars. He was also the top leasing rep at two different companies in the first year of employment. Michael also qualified for the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors multi-million-dollar producer award from 2007-2009 and Bonita Estero Realtors in 2022-2024

Located at the Lee & Associates’ Pasadena office, Trevor Gleason specializes in the Investment Sales of commerical real estate throughout Southern California. Mr. Gleason is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and a graduate of California State University Monterey Bay.  Mr. Gleason has developed exceptional customer service skills during his employment at Golf Courses and Golf Clubs who cater to high-net-worth individuals. He has created strong rapport and lasting relationships with these clients who trust his professional advice and appreciate his reputable approach. He adheres to high standards of ethics and duty, providing honest representation for his clients.
