Vice President

Michael Mahan is a Vice President with Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers, specializing in office and retail leasing, investment sales, medical, and project management.  Michael began his career in 2004 successfully opening and running his own commercial real estate brokerage in Charlotte and Charleston. In 2011, he moved to Atlanta to work for DLC Management, leasing office and retail space, and selling out-parcels throughout the Southeast United States in markets like Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Richmond. Michael also managed the State of Georgia’s commercial lease portfolio of 1,500+ leases while at the State Properties Commission. In 2017, he moved to Naples and joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director.  Mr. Mahan has closed over his career, 500 transactions totaling over 3.5 million square feet valued at over 450 million dollars. He was also the top leasing rep at two different companies in the first year of employment. Michael also qualified for the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors multi-million-dollar producer award from 2007-2009 and Bonita Estero Realtors in 2022-2024

Based in Lee & Associates’ Pasadena office, Trevor Gleason specializes in investment sales of commercial real estate across Southern California. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson and a graduate of California State University Monterey Bay. Trevor brings a strong client-focused approach developed through prior experience at golf courses and private clubs serving high-net-worth individuals, where he built lasting relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and ethical representation. In addition to his real estate career, he has volunteered for more than 10 years with the Tournament of Roses Parade and Fiesta Parade Floats, overseeing security teams and escorting dignitaries and visitors, and also dedicates his time as a baseball coach at St. Monica Academy in Montrose, California.

Justin joined Lee & Associates in 2019, bringing expertise in retail brokerage, urban infill and adaptive re-use projects, as well as the multifamily sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. Before joining Lee & Associates, Justin worked at Sequence Real Estate as a licensed broker and development associate, focusing on retail and multifamily projects. Earlier in his career, he founded and operated Justin’s Café—the first retail business in Washington D.C.’s Navy Yard—and later developed and co-owns The Big Stick, a restaurant and bar located near Nationals Park. His background as both a retail developer and business owner provides him with a distinct, practical insight that enhances his ability to represent landlords and tenants effectively across diverse commercial real estate transactions.
