Ryan O’Leary has over a 15+ years of investment real estate experience which he uses to bring a sophisticated and knowledgeable approach to each unique property while providing clients with best in class customer service. With a focus on Pacific Northwest he uses his expertise to assist clients with the disposition and acquisition of leased commercial properties, as well as strategically located development sites.His background also includes current value analyses of commercial properties for a variety of financial institutions around the nation. Recent and significant transactions include seller representation in the Farmers & Merchants Bank portfolio, Walgreens McMinnville, and various single and multi-tenant retail transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Jeff Loftus has been with Kidder Mathews since 1990, specializing in the commercial real estate markets located just north and south of Downtown Seattle. His work encompasses sales, leasing, and consulting services, representing a diverse range of clients including tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers. Over the years, Jeff has worked with developers, municipalities, and both private and institutional investors, providing comprehensive expertise across all facets of real estate transactions.

Tyler Smith is a recognized market leader who has specialized in office properties since 1997, with a primary focus on the West Valley office market. Throughout his career, he has consistently ranked among the top-producing brokers, providing services that include office leasing, office condominium sales and leasing, tenant and buyer representation, and commercial land sales. With experience completing more than 1,500 lease transactions totaling approximately 15 million square feet, Tyler brings deep insight into the leasing process and a strong ability to create value for both landlords and tenants while minimizing risk for his clients. Over the past two decades, he has also sold more than 2 million square feet of office condominiums in the West Valley. Tyler joined NAI Horizon in June 2016 after seven years at Colliers International, where he ranked No. 15 out of 60 brokers in 2013, and previously worked at Grubb & Ellis, earning recognition as its Top Leasing Broker in 2003.
