"Coe Parker has more than seven years of real estate experience focusing on complex industrial, land, and development projects. He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial brokerage team led by B. Kelley Parker III, SIOR and John F. Littman, SIOR.  Mr. Parker joined the Parker/Littman team in 2005. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate in the firm’s Client Services division where conducted research and market analysis. He also prepared property survey reports for Cushman & Wakefield’s clients.  Mr. Parker is a partner of the Parker/Littman brokerage team, a team which has been working together for the last 20 years.  The Parker/Littman team has consistently been one of the top producing industrial teams within C&W globally.  In the last nine years sales or leases were completed with a cumulative transaction value of $984,097,858.  Approximately 45% have been land sales during this 20-year period.  In 2017, 2018, and 2019 the Parker/Littman team represented clients in 112 transactions valued at $359,901,751. These transactions include 6,655,000 square feet of both warehousing and manufacturing space, and 3,537 acres of land.  Thirty-eight transactions in this three-year period involved space requirements of 90,000 square feet or greater.  The Parker/Littman team is regarded as on of the most experienced and productive in the Gulf Coast markets.   Mr. Parker began his real estate career in Dallas while attending Southern Methodist University with Cushman & Wakefield as a summer intern where he gained valuable knowledge and work experience and was introduced into the real estate field. He previously worked for McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston & Mason + Co., where he interned with Todd Mason, one of the firm’s principal partners."

Retail Specialist

Rob has been an active commercial real estate broker since 1996. As a Retail Specialist, he is focused on the needs of landlords and tenants. A complete understanding of the purchase and leasing processes offers his clients the benefit of years of experience. Additionally, Rob has worked on a wide variety of commercial projects and has valuable insight on the dynamics of the site selection process. His experience in assemblages coupled with his education in Urban Geography, Site Analysis, and Land Use Planning has helped him to add value to challenging sites. Rob’s participation on land use commissions and committees gives him a wealth of experience in public/private participation in the development process. As a CCIM Candidate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Rob has made the extra effort to add value to transactions.

Managing Director

Bobby Carrozzo is a Senior Director in the middle market investment sales group at Cushman & Wakefield. To date, Bobby has sold over $1.5 Billion of commercial property across the New York Metro area.  During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby has underwritten more than 700 properties across multiple asset classes and ownership structures including mixed-use, multifamily, office, development, retail, condos / co-ops, transferrable development rights, and leasehold positions. He has built a particularly strong presence in the SoHo, NoLita, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, and Chelsea neighborhoods of Manhattan. He has been recognized by Connect CRE as one of its 2024 Annual Next Generation Award winners, by Commercial Observer as one of its Top Young Professionals of 2022 and Cushman & Wakefield’s 7 Under 7 in 2020.  Through various races, volunteering opportunities and waterski schools, Bobby has raised thousands of dollars for non-profit organizations including the James Blake Foundation for Cancer Research (2022), Cycle for Survival for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (2020), the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots (2019), Operation Backpack with the Volunteers of America (2018), and CityMeals on Wheels (2017).  Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University, receiving a BS in Applied Economics and Management and a minor in Real Estate. He is actively involved in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Recent Alumni Council – an advisory committee providing direct guidance to the business school’s dean about the strategic goals of the school including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Mentorship, and Alumni Engagement.

Spud Dick became part of the company’s Office Services division in 2010 after earning his economics degree from DePauw University. Over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of the Indianapolis office market through his experience in the research department, and he now focuses his expertise on tenant representation.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he held the position of First Vice President Investments and Director of the National Hospitality Division at Marcus & Millichap. During his time there, Gabriel successfully facilitated the sale of 57 hotels nationwide with a combined value exceeding $520 million and provided advisory and consultation services to more than 200 hotel owners and investors. Alexandra Loye serves as an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, Arizona, where she plays a leading role on both the Capital Markets and Life Sciences teams.
