Brokerage Associate

Jake focuses on industrial property leasing and sales, collaborating with the brokerage team to generate new business opportunities. He applies his deep market knowledge, innovative approach, and strong network of professional relationships to develop and implement tailored strategies for his clients.  Before joining JH Berry, Jake began his professional journey in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked primarily with companies in the industrial building products and media sectors.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama, with a concentration in investment management and a minor in computer science applications.  Jake is actively involved in his community as a member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church and the Sunrise Rotary Club. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends, spending time at the lake, playing golf, and cheering on Alabama football.
