Commercial Director

Mike Pennington serves as the Commercial Director at Path & Post Real Estate. Known for his strategic mindset and problem-solving approach, Mike is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that drive success for his clients. He has a talent for identifying what matters most in each unique situation, whether the goal is maximizing value or facilitating a timely exit strategy—making him a trusted advisor in commercial real estate.  Mike remains actively involved in the industry as a Past Treasurer of the Cherokee Association of REALTORS and a current committee member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS. He is also committed to community service, contributing his time to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Greenprints Alliance, and the Cherokee County Education Foundation. Outside of work, Mike enjoys boating, traveling out West, cheering on KSU football, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
