David serves as Vice President at Transwestern in Chicago, where he plays a key role in both the Tenant Advisory/Workplace Solutions and Investment Sales groups. He assists space occupiers by developing and implementing tailored real estate strategies, identifying suitable property options, and skillfully negotiating commercial leases. Additionally, he collaborates with property owners, owner-users, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties throughout the greater Chicago area. Known for his honesty, clear communication, and attentive listening, David builds strong, lasting relationships with his clients. His deep passion for the Chicago real estate market drives his meticulous, detail-oriented approach, consistently delivering successful outcomes while also bringing him a strong sense of personal satisfaction.

Since joining Transwestern in 2017, Mason has brought a tenacious, results-driven approach that has significantly contributed to the firm’s success. Through his strategic focus and dedication to tenant attraction and retention, he has helped build and expand an agency leasing portfolio approaching 700,000 square feet. Mason takes pride in collaborating with clients to understand their investment goals and craft tailored, mutually beneficial leasing strategies. Before joining Transwestern, he worked as an associate and financial analyst, specializing in sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities. His real estate career began during college with a global service provider, where he focused on occupier and corporate solutions. An active member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA), Mason serves on the Leadership & Development, Membership, and Government Affairs Committees. Combining a strong foundational knowledge of real estate with experience across both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, he consistently transforms client objectives into practical, effective real estate solutions.
