Regional Vice President

Justin Langlois, CCIM, is the Regional Vice President with Stirling Properties in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he focuses on investment sales across retail, office, and healthcare sectors. Since beginning his career in 2006, he has built extensive expertise in commercial real estate, including sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, sublease and foreclosure transactions, sale-leasebacks, lease negotiations, investment analysis, financial feasibility, and site selection. Earning his CCIM designation in 2010, Justin went on to co-found SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre, serving as Managing Director and leading the Baton Rouge-based firm to be recognized as one of the top 25 SVN offices nationwide. Beyond his professional achievements, he contributes to the community as a board member and secretary of the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and supports several nonprofit organizations such as The Chapel on the Campus, CRU, Mary Bird Perkins Investors Collective, and Volunteers of America. A Baton Rouge native, Justin graduated from LSU Lab School in 1999 and earned his B.A. in English from Millsaps College in 2003. He and his wife, Dodi, are proud parents to four children—daughters Harper, Eliza, and Remy, and son Max.

Jeff Barnes brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in sales, leasing, landlord representation, and investment transactions across Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Before joining Stirling in 2014, he worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial and CFB Real Estate, and earlier built a strong career in Birmingham with Colonial Properties Trust and Carter & Associates. Throughout his career, he has represented institutional owners, investors, and developers, earning recognition through accomplishments such as the CCIM designation, serving as President of both the Alabama Chapter of NAIOP and the Gulf Coast District of the Alabama CCIM Chapter, and acting as a Trustee of the Alabama Center for Real Estate. He is actively involved with several professional organizations, including the AL CCIM Chapter, ICSC, Mobile Association of Realtors, and Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Club. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Mr. Barnes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Steve Legendre is Regional Vice President and Baton Rouge Market Director in Stirling Properties’ Commercial Brokerage Division, where he specializes in industrial and office properties, development land, and investment sales across Louisiana and the Gulf South. Known as a trusted resource for site selection, he combines deep expertise from both developer and end-user perspectives. Before joining Stirling, he co-founded SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre (SVN GLL), a full-service commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge. A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a business degree, Steve launched his real estate career in 1995 and earned his CCIM designation in 2001. Over the years, he has served in leadership roles with the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, the CCIM Louisiana Chapter, and currently serves as president of the GBRAR Commercial Investment Division and president-elect of the Louisiana Commercial Database Board. Beyond his professional work, Steve remains active in the Baton Rouge community through St. George Parish and School, the Baton Rouge Soccer Association, and the Boy Scouts’ Istrouma Area Council, where he currently chairs the Golf Committee.

Stacy has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, beginning his career as an office broker in Atlanta with Grubb & Ellis Company before launching his own firm, Taylor Real Estate Services. After relocating to Pensacola, he expanded his practice to include retail brokerage across Northwest Florida, Southern Georgia, and the coastal regions of Mississippi and Alabama, representing both landlords and tenants in site selection, development, negotiations, market research, and investment analysis. At Taylor Real Estate, he played a key role in developing, marketing, leasing, and selling several prominent office projects in North Atlanta, while also representing numerous tenants throughout the metro area. Since his move to Pensacola, Stacy has built the Beck retail brokerage group into a portfolio managing and leasing more than three million square feet for major national owners such as Washington Prime, DDR, Blackwater Resources, and Continental Realty. In 2019, he became a Partner of Beck Partners Holdings, LLC and assumed the role of Managing Broker and President of Beck Partners CRE, LLC, where he not only continues to actively produce but also leads efforts to expand the firm’s footprint and mentor new talent. With a proven track record of completing over 1.5 million square feet of transactions and approximately $150 million in sales, Stacy emphasizes strong relationship-building alongside efficient, results-driven deal execution.

Benjamin Graham is the Regional Vice President for Stirling’s commercial real estate division, based in the Baton Rouge office. He leads efforts in delivering strategic, value-driven real estate solutions that align with his clients’ goals and business objectives. With over 20 years of experience in commercial appraisal, project leasing, national tenant representation, investment and industrial sales, and site selection, Ben brings a comprehensive skill set to every assignment. His analytical expertise and negotiation skills have resulted in more than 500 successful retail lease transactions nationwide with notable brands such as ALDI, Rouses Markets, McDonald’s, Raising Cane’s, Jason’s Deli, and Orangetheory Fitness. A respected CRE professional in Louisiana, Ben’s background in finance and appraisal ensures that clients receive tailored, effective strategies. He actively participates in industry organizations including ICSC, CCIM, SIOR, and the Baton Rouge Board of Realtors, and serves on the board of the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance, Ben is also an enthusiastic LSU Tigers fan who enjoys an active family life filled with fishing, hunting, travel, and supporting his children’s sports activities.
