Licensed in Florida for more than 30 years, I have also held roles in banking, accounting, and escrow management, which have equipped me to effectively serve as a liaison between clients and lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and agents, ensuring a smooth path to closing. My career includes managing real estate closing offices for Kentucky attorneys, owning a title company licensed in Georgia, Kentucky, and Indiana, and working as a closing agent, paralegal, coordinator, and office manager. Beyond real estate, I was a licensed life insurance agent in Kentucky, served as Past-President and Board Member of the Fern Creek Community Association & Chamber of Commerce, and contributed to the Co-Alliance of Louisville, Kentucky. I am skilled in office and financial management, from escrow analysis and loan servicing to accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, audits, and wire transfers, as well as proficient in Word, Excel, settlement statements, and document review.
