With more than three decades of experience in brokerage, Aaron Anovitz has successfully represented both tenants and building owners in numerous lease and sale transactions across retail, office, and industrial sectors. His work has ranged from small 500-square-foot medical and entrepreneurial spaces to large 25,000-square-foot advertising and insurance offices. Aaron’s expertise spans all property types, from Class A and B Loop and Michigan Avenue buildings to loft spaces in River North and the South and West Loop. Over the past 20 years, he has also taken on roles in acquisition, asset management, and construction management, overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios for investors who trust him with leasing, management, and development. A graduate of Western Illinois University with a B.A. in Mass Communications, Aaron began his career producing video and film for Fortune 500 companies—including Allstate, Motorola, Quaker Oats, and the Chicago Tribune—while simultaneously working part-time as a broker at Ann Anovitz Associates. Now the firm’s Owner and President, Aaron brings his extensive knowledge and dedication to serving clients’ real estate needs. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, volleyball, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and renovating his 1942 home.
