Managing Director of Commercial Properties

Kevin Brandes, a Montgomery County, Maryland native and Towson University graduate, began his real estate career in 2014. After managing an extensive multi-family portfolio, he joined The ONE Street Company, the fastest-growing real estate firm in the DC area, in 2019. Focusing on Property Management and Commercial Leasing, Kevin secured over $100 million in management contracts, led more than 75 apartment renovations, and oversaw 20+ major capital improvement projects within three years. In 2022, he was promoted to Director of Business Development, successfully completing numerous commercial transactions and launching a third-party asset management service for family offices. By 2024, Kevin became Managing Director of ONE Street Commercial Properties, where he manages all commercial transactions, asset management, and development projects alongside Sunil Chhabra.
