Daniel Mahfar is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors, where he manages the company’s exclusive listings and drives business development across New York City. He brings experience in evaluating and marketing a wide range of properties, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets. Before joining Ariel, Mahfar gained industry experience as an intern with the Moinian Group on their Real Estate Development Team, contributing during a major skyscraper project on the Far West Side, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Woodland Development, a Long Island-based luxury single-family home developer. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, focusing on Finance and Real Estate, and was actively involved in the Real Estate Club. Mahfar currently resides in Great Neck, New York.
