Vice President of Transactions

Corey Allen serves as the Vice President of Transactions at Pegasus Investments, overseeing business development and providing comprehensive transactional support to clients, including deal sourcing, property valuation, market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. Before joining Pegasus, he was a Senior Associate on the Valuations team at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he managed valuation processes, financial analyses, and portfolio reporting for Blackstone’s Canadian industrial and U.S. Class-A office assets. Earlier in his career, he worked with Piedmont Office Realty Trust, a Class-A office REIT, supporting asset management and acquisitions across the Midwest region. Mr. Allen holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, he now resides in Los Angeles.
