Chris Urban serves as Senior Vice President of Investments at the NNN Pro Group, one of the nation’s leading net-lease brokerage teams. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has overseen disposition programs for a diverse range of clients—including developers, family offices, franchisees, and high-net-worth individuals—across all segments of the net lease industry. He also leads the team’s national daycare disposition program. Over his tenure, Chris has exclusively listed and sold more than 400 net lease properties nationwide, representing over $750 million in transaction volume and spanning more than 40 states. His deep expertise in net lease assets has consistently delivered maximum value for his clients. A graduate of Fordham University with a degree in political science, Chris currently resides in New York City.
