He currently represents multiple major land investor groups in delivering Virginia’s largest shovel-ready industrial and commercial site, and has advised a 150-year-old private company on repositioning a multi-state real estate portfolio spanning vacant land, retail centers, manufacturing conversions, and long-term strategy. John has also supported the growth of numerous retail and restaurant brands while previously serving as exclusive in-house consultant for Dominion Telecom Inc.’s national expansion, where he negotiated $300 million in leases, equipment, and infrastructure under aggressive timelines.
