Plaza del Sol is situated in the heart of Socorro, New Mexico’s commercial district. The development includes seven pad sites in total, with Wal-Mart serving as the anchor on pad site seven—the largest, spanning over 13 acres. Following the opening of Socorro’s Subway in January, five pad sites remain available (measurements approximate). Each site offers excellent visibility and access to Interstate 25 and California Street, the city’s main thoroughfare.
