Regional Vice President

Justin Langlois, CCIM, is the Regional Vice President with Stirling Properties in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he focuses on investment sales across retail, office, and healthcare sectors. Since beginning his career in 2006, he has built extensive expertise in commercial real estate, including sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, sublease and foreclosure transactions, sale-leasebacks, lease negotiations, investment analysis, financial feasibility, and site selection. Earning his CCIM designation in 2010, Justin went on to co-found SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre, serving as Managing Director and leading the Baton Rouge-based firm to be recognized as one of the top 25 SVN offices nationwide. Beyond his professional achievements, he contributes to the community as a board member and secretary of the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and supports several nonprofit organizations such as The Chapel on the Campus, CRU, Mary Bird Perkins Investors Collective, and Volunteers of America. A Baton Rouge native, Justin graduated from LSU Lab School in 1999 and earned his B.A. in English from Millsaps College in 2003. He and his wife, Dodi, are proud parents to four children—daughters Harper, Eliza, and Remy, and son Max.
