Senior Investment Advisor/Broker Associate

Jeff Barnes brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in sales, leasing, landlord representation, and investment transactions across Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Before joining Stirling in 2014, he worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial and CFB Real Estate, and earlier built a strong career in Birmingham with Colonial Properties Trust and Carter & Associates. Throughout his career, he has represented institutional owners, investors, and developers, earning recognition through accomplishments such as the CCIM designation, serving as President of both the Alabama Chapter of NAIOP and the Gulf Coast District of the Alabama CCIM Chapter, and acting as a Trustee of the Alabama Center for Real Estate. He is actively involved with several professional organizations, including the AL CCIM Chapter, ICSC, Mobile Association of Realtors, and Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Club. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Mr. Barnes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
