Regional Vice President

Steve Legendre is Regional Vice President and Baton Rouge Market Director in Stirling Properties’ Commercial Brokerage Division, where he specializes in industrial and office properties, development land, and investment sales across Louisiana and the Gulf South. Known as a trusted resource for site selection, he combines deep expertise from both developer and end-user perspectives. Before joining Stirling, he co-founded SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre (SVN GLL), a full-service commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge. A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a business degree, Steve launched his real estate career in 1995 and earned his CCIM designation in 2001. Over the years, he has served in leadership roles with the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, the CCIM Louisiana Chapter, and currently serves as president of the GBRAR Commercial Investment Division and president-elect of the Louisiana Commercial Database Board. Beyond his professional work, Steve remains active in the Baton Rouge community through St. George Parish and School, the Baton Rouge Soccer Association, and the Boy Scouts’ Istrouma Area Council, where he currently chairs the Golf Committee.
