Stacy has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, beginning his career as an office broker in Atlanta with Grubb & Ellis Company before launching his own firm, Taylor Real Estate Services. After relocating to Pensacola, he expanded his practice to include retail brokerage across Northwest Florida, Southern Georgia, and the coastal regions of Mississippi and Alabama, representing both landlords and tenants in site selection, development, negotiations, market research, and investment analysis. At Taylor Real Estate, he played a key role in developing, marketing, leasing, and selling several prominent office projects in North Atlanta, while also representing numerous tenants throughout the metro area. Since his move to Pensacola, Stacy has built the Beck retail brokerage group into a portfolio managing and leasing more than three million square feet for major national owners such as Washington Prime, DDR, Blackwater Resources, and Continental Realty. In 2019, he became a Partner of Beck Partners Holdings, LLC and assumed the role of Managing Broker and President of Beck Partners CRE, LLC, where he not only continues to actively produce but also leads efforts to expand the firm’s footprint and mentor new talent. With a proven track record of completing over 1.5 million square feet of transactions and approximately $150 million in sales, Stacy emphasizes strong relationship-building alongside efficient, results-driven deal execution.
