Based in New Orleans, he has closed nearly $100M in transactions in just the past two years and has played a key role in national rollouts for a variety of retailers—spanning electronics, experiential concepts, family entertainment, fitness, and soft goods—as well as medical and office occupiers. His work has built a robust national network that benefits his clients, and his expertise covers retail, office, medical, and industrial tenant and buyer representation, along with investment sales. Notably, he recently oversaw a boutique fitness studio’s expansion to 189 locations nationwide and contributed to major retail anchor deals tied to investment acquisitions. His earlier experience includes brokerage with CBRE in Richmond and property management with Tishman Speyer in Washington, DC.
