John has led complex national rollouts and demonstrates deep expertise across all facets of commercial real estate, from assemblage and zoning to infrastructure, development, marketing, and sales. He currently represents multiple major land investor groups in delivering Virginia’s largest shovel-ready industrial and commercial site, and has advised a 150-year-old private company on repositioning a multi-state real estate portfolio spanning vacant land, retail centers, manufacturing conversions, and long-term strategy. John has also supported the growth of numerous retail and restaurant brands while previously serving as exclusive in-house consultant for Dominion Telecom Inc.’s national expansion, where he negotiated $300 million in leases, equipment, and infrastructure under aggressive timelines.
